She is one of my all time fav authors and I get every book she has written but this one could have been at least 100 pages shorter if not more it was entirely tooo descriptive for me. I like a book that keeps my attention and is a page turner!
It was good but felt like the characters were in high school. They break up and back together?
Outstanding! This book was heartwarming, full of love, compassion, forgiveness & healing. Ms. Macomber's story lines are so amazing & she has so much insight into relationships & situations. Sam is a keeper and so are Max & Rooster from the Blossom street series.
I have read just about every book Debbie has written. I love her style and beautiful stories without using trashy language or taking the Lords name in vain. I am always looking forward to new releases and re reading those I love from the past.
I love all of the books by Debbie Macomber but wasn't so sure about this one when I started reading it. I'm not a fan of each chapter being about a different character but continued reading was glad that I completed the book. I was not happy with the way it ended even though it was a good one.
The author's books are always enjoyable and a relaxing read. Loved the characters and as always, love conquers all.
Would recommend this to other Deb Macomber fans.
Debbie is such a gifted writer. She makes her characters so real you think they are your neighbors. The way she brings the people, cause they aren't characters, together after all their issues makes you want to get into another of her books to continue this good feeling.
